ECU RETURNS

There are a few important things to keep in mind when considering returning an ECU you purchased from Dicktator: 

• A 20% handling charge will charged on ALL ECU returns.

ECU WARRANTY

All Dicktator ECUs are sold with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. The warranty is null and void if:

• Map sensor – R250
• Map sensor contamination – R450
• Water damage / tampering to be determined
• Std lunch control R850 + R350 walk in fee +/- 2 hours repair time

ECU REPAIRS

• We offer in-house repairs to all Dicktator ECUs.
• Repairs are carried out under our Lifetime Warranty cover.
  

REPAIRS while-u-wait

• A R350 walk-In fee.
• Repairs are carried out under our Lifetime Warranty cover.
• Depending on the extent of repair, turnaround time can last 7 working days depending on our tech team’s schedule and severity of issue.

REPAIRS (Out of Warranty Repairs)

• A R350 walk-In fee.
• Out of Warranty Repairs will be quoted and charged accordingly. (IE, R350 walk in fee, plus additional charged to repair said ECU)
• Depending on the extent of repair, turnaround time can last 7 working days depending on our tech team’s schedule and severity of issue.
