ECU RETURNS

There are a few important things to keep in mind when considering returning an ECU you purchased from Dicktator: 

• A 10% handling charge will charged on ALL ECU returns.
• Returned ECUs must be sealed in original packaging.
• Please contact Dicktator before returning your ECU.
• Only ECUs that have been purchased directly from Dicktator, either through the Dicktator Online Store or from our Authorised Dealers, can be returned to Dicktator.
• Please ensure that the ECU you’re returning is repackaged with all the original packing and documentation that were included when you received it from the Dealer.

ECU WARRANTY

All Dicktator ECUs are sold with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. The warranty is null and void if:

• Tampering (badly repaired, DIY repair, box has been opened etc)
• Water Damage
  
• Map Sensor Contamination

ECU REPAIRS

• We offer in-house repairs to all Dicktator ECUs.
• Repairs are carried out under our Lifetime Warranty cover.
  

REPAIRS while-u-wait

• A R250 walk-In fee allows for immediate first-in-queue service and repair.
• Repairs are carried out under our Lifetime Warranty cover.
• Depending on the extent of repair, turnaround time can last 1-3 days depending on our tech team’s schedule.

REPAIRS while-u-wait (Out of Warranty Repairs)

• A R250 walk-In fee allows for immediate first-in-queue service and repair.
• Out of Warranty Repairs will be quoted and charged accordingly. (IE, R250 walk in fee, plus additional charged to repair said ECU)
• Depending on the extent of repair, turnaround time can last 1-3 days depending on our tech team’s schedule.
